Love mixing camo with smart attire. I think it pulls off a really casual retro kind of look, especially when you can add camo in other places like the bag and pocket square. The bag was a really good find too, on sale at urban for $20.
CJ and Katherine pull it off great and fashion is amazing, go follow them on instagram @ourmode
Summers here and coloured trousers are in. I've been seeing so much colour all around the fashion world from blogs, lookbooks and instagrams. They really do brighten up your outfit, also with a small touch from a couple of accessories, it finishes the outfit off nicely.
Definitely going to be posting more pics with different colours. Stepping my game up soon, they can look great.
Navy blue and black have always been frowned upon, but fashion critics are now saying that the two neutral colors actually compliment each other, and that it is becoming much more accepted in the fashion industry. I feel that this black really makes the blue stand out.
Cardigans with a shirt, or v-neck sweaters with a shirt I feel, is the definition of smart casual. Worn with the right jeans or smart trousers you can wear it to almost any occasion. Allsaints is one of my favorite brands and I like the retro high school look of it.
Summer's here, and shorts are out. People who like to layer up like myself, know that when summer rolls around its harder to look your best, but then again there is people that crave for the summer to bust out the shorts, vests and linens.
With a surprising purchase from Hollister I feel like the shorts have a great summer look to them and yet can still be worn with a smart dress shirt.
After seeing the movie "Catch me if you can" with Leonardo and Tom Hanks, there is a scene where Leo is wearing a pair of sunglasses just like this at the airport, and ever since then my quest to find them begun haha.
Here is a picture of him wearing a similar pair. Even though his may even be Ray Ban Tortoise shell, I knew the woody look sunglasses were out there somewhere ha.
I also like the color mix of my outfit with the white, brown and purple finish.
Loving Floral Print at the moment, and brightens up any outfit. Also I tried mixing things up with jean and leather, the jean cut off is a good purchase because you can wear it with a lot of different things, including t-shirts.
Checkered shirts are rarely worn with blazers and ties, but when worn correctly it can really compliment a blazer, and to mix it up with chinos instead of suit pants, it can turn a very dressy outfit into something very smart/casual.
I received a lot of positive feed back from the green trousers. It really gives a vibrant kick to any outfit, and is a really good summer look. The detailed blazer is also something that can change an everyday outfit to something that now catches people's eyes.
The thing with black is that if the outfit is fitted and stylish you can get away without looking gothic. One of the only colours you can rock completely without looking odd. If you wear all red or green for example it looks stupid, if you wear all white you look like you are in a boy band. Black is stylish and with small details (like the leather chest, or the spiked shoes) you can really make it look classy.
