Reiss A/W 14 Collection

Apologies for the camera quality of these photos, but was only able to use an old iPhone 4 as I left my 5s in England (now re-united thank god) so a blogger has to do was a blogger has to do and improvise ha.

I got the pleasure of attending the Reiss A/W 14 Collection at Pier 7 Alteir M.

The venue was great, and the new collection Reiss had to offer was even better. On display was bespoke 3 piece suits, cashmere jackets, scarves and a whole lot more. All I could think whilst previewing all the items was how I wish I was in England or somewhere cold, giving me the chance to actually wear the majority of Fall/Winter gear because its amazing.

Here is a sneak peak:

Here is a closer look of the details in one of the 3 piece suits they had on display:

Make sure you go follow @Reiss on instagram and also @Reissme

Here is a snap they took and uploaded of me from the event:

Berluti Playtime Sneakers!!!!!

Staying true to his love of all things beautiful and to the company’s ethos, Alessandro Sartori, the heir to a long tradition of Artistic Directors for the iconic men’s footwear brand Berluti, has designed the Berluti “Playtime” sneaker, the brand’s first sneaker.
And here they are:

Created from a single piece of patinated leather (a nod to the legendary Alessandro design), with hand stitching on the vamp and contrasting coloured laces, this shoe reinvents the art of city living.

What could be more natural than to hop onto an urban bike to indulge your love of sport or to be environmentally friendly, to opt for the smooth handling of a scooter, or simply to pound the pavements at a brisk pace? The lively, smart “Playtime” sneaker encourages this free-and-easy approach which breaks the rules, blends genres and styles, defies convention and offers a consciously contemporary set of values.

I managed to get my hands on a pair to get up close and personal with the exquisite pair of art work, take a look:

The shoe is created from a single piece of leather with a silicone-injected moulded upper that is hand-sewn with lock stitching. It features sporty finishes such as metal eyelets, brightly coloured leather linging and diamond-shaped perforations.  The sneakers include Berluti’s iconic Scritto detailing on both the tongue and rubber sole. The Playtime sneaker also boasts a shape-memory foam between the upper and lining to cushion the shoe.

Available now online at and in stores.

If you are in Dubai like myself you can find them on a fabulous display in the level shoe district Dubai Mall.

Available in 3 different colours:

Flower Power!

I know floral print has been getting a bit overused as of recent times, but when i saw these on sale there was no second thoughts. I love the loudness of the trousers but also been made more subtle with the use of colours.
Along with mostly all of Zara garments these pants are made to fit and give people that tailored look.

Having heavily patterned trousers means my shoes and top half should be as simple as can be and I chose to opt for the all white.
Picked up these naughty sunglasses in Thailand also which I love.

Complete outfit:

Blazer- Banana Republic

Trousers- Zara

Shoes- Zara

Man Bag- Zara

Sunglasses- Thailand

H&M A/W 14 Collection Media One Hotel

I was lucky enough to attend this "Sneak Peak" of the up and coming Autumn Winter Collection H&M is bringing us all at Media One Hotel here in Dubai.

Unfortunately I'm living in a city where seeing these types of Garments comes as a tease to me. Obviously being brought up in London I get to experience all seasons (not too much of a summer) and getting to layer up in the winter was one of my fav times of year. Sporting the thick jumpers covered by a sleek jacket and indulging with scarves, beanies boots and jeans, whats not to like ay?

H&M are doing what they do best and bringing us all top quality gear at an always affordable price.

One of my favourite pieces from the collection were these leather trousers. It's hard to find the right pair of leathers without looking like a biker, catwoman or a dominatrix, so the style has to be correct.

The design of these trousers are perfect, and I can't wait till I get to see them in stores and try out the fit.

These 2 pics courtesy of my good friend Paul Ramos

What I wore:

Blazer: Zara

Trousers: My own design

Pocket Square: H&M

Tie- Zara
